Sweden - Finland - Norway Travel 7 days STOCKHOLM-UPSALA-OSLO-HELSINKI-PORVOO-CRUISE IN BALTIC DAY 1: THESSALONIKI-OSLO In the morning, gathering at MACEDONIA airport and flight to Norway through a European capital. Arriving at Oslo Airport and transfer to the central 3-star hotel. Free time to make firstly acquaint ourselves with the beautiful Norwegian capital, built on the edge of the great homonymous fjord and surrounded by verdant hills. We will walk to the Karl Johan pedestrian street, the heart of the city, and we can take our coffee in one of the picturesque cafes of the harbor’s waterfront. Dinner. Day 2: Oslo On our morning tour we will get to know the sightseeings of Oslo. In the Frogner Park we will begin to delve into the works of the national sculptor Vigeland. In the old town we will see Nobel’s house, the Royal Palace, the City Hall, which is of original architecture, the University, the National Theatre and the House of Parliament. On the Bygdoi peninsula we will visit the famous Norwegian village, the Viking legendary museum and the Fram museum, which houses the wooden ice breaker that a century ago explored the two poles. Free time to visit major museums or the city's nice shopping mall. For the afternoon, we recommend a two-hour stunning cruise on the big fjord of Oslo with its dozens of small and grand islands. Dinner. Day 3: STOCKHOLM (530 km) After-breakfast departure and after a wonderful journey through the green mountains, lakes and picturesque villages, we enter the Swedish territory. Our first stop will be in the beautiful city of Karlstad, built on the northern edge of the largest lake in Sweden. Free time in the mall and meal in the restaurant. At the afternoon, arrival in Stockholm. Settling into our 4 star hotel and free time in order to make our first acquaintance with the Swedish capital. 4th DAY: STOCKHOLM Today's day is dedicated to one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In our morning tour we will meet the "Venice of the North", as they call the built-on-14-islands Stockholm. We will visit the Vasa Museum, which houses the war flagship of Gustav II Adolf, who had been buried for more than 3 centuries on the seabed of Stockholm Bay. We will climb to the Tower of Kaknas, where from 155m high we enjoy the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding area. Then we will see the unique City Hall architecture on the King's Island, the home of Swedish Culture, and we will end up in Gamla stan in order to see the Cathedral, the House of Parliament and the medieval Royal Palace with its 608 rooms. Meal. Free afternoon and a chance to visit the rich shopping centre of New Stockholm with the huge department stores. In the evening, with the leader, we can walk to the Queen's well-decorated street, which will lead us to the island of Gamla Stan, the heart of medieval Stockholm. Sitting on its stone-paved narrow streets, we will go centuries back, where we will experience its mysterious atmosphere and meet its main attractions. . 5th DAY: STOCKHOLM-MOUNTAIN-CRUISES IN BALTIC Today is a free day in Stockholm. We recommend that you join an organized excursion in our neighbouring, well-known to us Uppsala, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and aristocratic cities in Sweden. Here we will see the Tower of Gustav Vasa, the world-renowned university, and visit the largest and most historic cathedral in Scandinavia. Free time on Uppsala's nice and commercial pedestrian street and an opportunity for advantageous excursions to Swedish fine crystals, clothes and more. In the afternoon, transfer to the port of Stockholm and boarding a boat in order to make a dreamy cruise in the Baltic. Taking our coffee at one of the bars of the very luxurious ship, we will enjoy its magnificent exit from the Stockholm archipelago with hundreds of small and big islands. After the dinner in the buffet restaurant, you can have fun with music and dancing and try your luck at the ship’s Casino. Overnight stay at sea. DAY 6: HELSINKI In the morning, taking your breakfast in the ship's restaurant, watch its impressive entrance to the Helsinki Archipelago. Disembarkation at the port. In the tour that follows we will get to know the "Daughter of the Baltic" or "the city with the thousand faces", as Helsinki is being called. We will see the Ouspensky Orthodox Cathedral on the top of the Katajanokka island, the prestigious Senate Square, dominated by the imposing cathedral-symbol of the city, the Neogothic Knights' Palace, the City Hall, the beautiful esplanade Avenue, the neo-classical Ateneum building, which houses the Museum and the Academy of Fine Arts, the granite House of Parliament, the well-known Finlandia Hall, the Olympic Stadium, the Sibelius monument in the homonymous beautiful park and we will end up with the unique Church in the world which is built in the rock. We will settle down in our central 3 star hotel. The rest of the day is free and the chance is yours to walk to the harbor square with the picturesque, open-air market and take your coffee at the famous Cafe Capelli, the oldest Helsinki coffeehouse. Dinner. DAY 7: HELSINKI-PORVO-THESSALONIKI Our breakfast is free in Helsinki. We recommend a nice excursion to the neighboring Porvoo, Finland's oldest and most touristic town.
