Dance Kechac (night)
Unique show. A small episode of the Ramayana Indian epic, where King Rawana's demise kidnaps the beautiful Sita, wife of King Rama. The story describes Sita's courageous rescue by her husband, having an army of monkeys for help. The monkeys were guided by Panuman, a giant white monkey. The name Kechac was given to the dance by the sounds of the Chac-a-Chac hymns. A purely hypnotic ceremony from the sounds of a male choir. The show consists of 100 to 200 people seated in a circle. It begins after the sunset, early in the evening just as the Kaka Spirals enter the village to upset the people. The power of the choir of Chac-a-Chac overwhelms the evil. No lights and secret instruments are used except the choir of Chac-a-Chac.
