Day 1: Thessaloniki / London - Cambridge - York
Concentration at Macedonia airport and flight to London. We continue on the road to the old metropolis of North York by stopping at Cambridge. Arrangement at the hotel, distribution.
Day 2: York - Edinburgh
We will see the picturesque streets and the cathedral. After a wonderful journey we reach the cultural capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. Arrangement at the hotel, distribution.
Day 3: Edinburgh
The bourgeois architecture will remind us of classical Athens. We will see the castle overlooking the historic city, the monumental buildings along the Royal Mile, the monument of the famous Scottish writer Sir Walter Scott with the 64 statues of the heroes of his books next to the well-known flower clock. Continuing we will see the palace
Hollywood where Maria Stewart stayed and enjoy the city view from the Calton Hill. Distribution.
Day 4: Perth - Lakes - Edinburgh
We will travel along the Scottish Lakes and will pass through beautiful scenic villages to Fort William, Fort Augustus and Lake Loch Ness. Return to Edinburgh, distribution.
Day 5: Edinburgh - Glasgow - Chester
In the capital of Scotland Glasgow we will see the yards, foundries, weavers and its harbor. On our way we will pass from Carlisle, Kenswick and cross the breathtaking scenery of Lake Württemberg. Arrival in the picturesque medieval city of Chester. Arrangement at the hotel, distribution.
Day 6: Stratford - Oxford - London
In beautiful Stratford, William Shakespeare's birthplace, we will visit Shakespeare's home and the 14th century medieval castle of Warwick. We continue through small traditional villages and farmhouses to reach the well-known Oxford campus. Short tour. Arriving in London. Arrangement at the hotel, distribution.
Day 7: London
A first acquaintance with the capital of Great Britain will magnetize us. Hyde Park, the Marble Arch, the elegant Mayfair, the Piccadilly Circus with the Eros statue, Trafalgar Square with the Nelson's Dominant Column, White Guards with Horse Guards Parade, Downing Street, the official residence of prime ministers since 1731, the House of Parliament, the Big Ben watch, which has been hurled by hand at the historic Abbey Westminster Monastery where over 900 years have been crowned and buried by the English Kings, Lambeth Palace and St. Paul's Cathedral. Our next stop is the imposing Lund building and the two famous London bridges, the London Bridge and the Tower Bridge with the famous Tower of London. We finish with the imposing Buckingham Palace. Return to the hotel, rent.
Day 8: London - Thessaloniki
Transfer to the airport for return flight to Thessaloniki.
